Achievements
2020: 
* Ultimate conventionnal configuration supporting open rotor or ultra high by-path ratio engines and natural laminar flow wings and using the technos of enablers 2 and 4 * Noise shielding for engines and landing gears * TRL4/5 status for unconventionnal configurations using UHBPR or open rotor (TRL6 in 2025) and supporting the energy transition anticiapted during the 21st century * TR2/3 for radically unconventional concepts using novel propulsion system * Definition of the 2050 air transport concepts.
2035: 
Unconventional concepts using novel propulsion system (unstable Aircraft, flow control, full wing laminarity, embedded or distributed proplusion) aided by single man cockpit capability
2050: 
* Concepts based on bio inspired materials, bio mimicry approach and alternative energy source for A/C propulsion to comply with the energy and environmental objectives including the newly defined climate impact criteria * Environmental friendly, the vehicle type of concepts are supporting the air transport principles defined in WG2 (e.g. Modularity, higher speed transport, VTOL,...) * Vehicles will have no or a single pilot on board
